Who to contact

This policy applies to the PhotoID Studio website and photo tools. For privacy questions or requests about information you sent to the site operator, email v4088697@gmail.com. It does not cover websites you visit through advertisements or external links.

Photos in the local editor

The core editor reads your selected image in your browser and uses canvas processing to create previews and exports. It does not send that image to our server or create a server-side photo library. Working images remain in page memory; reloading or closing the page clears the editing session. Downloads remain on your device until you delete them.

Your browser, device backup settings and separate services used to share or print a downloaded file have their own behavior.

Optional AI features

Chat sends your conversation text through our server to Google Gemini. AI portrait generation sends the text prompt and generation settings. Spoken guidance sends the guidance text and voice settings. These requests do not attach the portrait selected in the local editor.

Do not include identity document numbers, confidential information or sensitive personal details in prompts. Google processes requests under the terms applicable to the configured API service; provider retention and use can depend on account settings. We cannot promise immediate deletion by an external provider. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Gemini API terms.

Technical records and browser storage

Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser details and diagnostic logs to deliver pages, prevent misuse and investigate failures. The application does not maintain user accounts or saved photo histories.

Advertising and cookies

This site uses Google AdSense for advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, local storage, IP addresses and device or browser information to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads and prevent fraud. Clicking an advertisement may take you to an external website.

Google and its partners may personalize advertising based on visits to this and other websites, subject to applicable choices and requirements. Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center, control cookies in your browser and use any consent controls presented to you. Blocking scripts or cookies may affect features.

The advertising script loads asynchronously. Asynchronous loading is a performance measure, not a consent choice. Advertising providers operate under their own policies, and visiting an advertised service is subject to its terms.

Emails and support messages

The contact form prepares a draft in your email application and sends nothing itself. If you send the email, your address, message and attachments are shared with the operator and email providers to handle your request. Avoid sending identity documents or portraits unless needed and specifically requested.

Retention, security and your rights

Correspondence is used as needed to handle your request, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Providers may retain operational records under their own policies; there is no single site-controlled retention period for all providers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you sent directly to us. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to a relevant authority. We may need to verify a request and retain information required by law. We cannot delete files on your device or records held independently by third parties.

Children and updates

The site is intended for people able to use it under applicable law, with a parent or guardian assisting children when needed. We do not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information. Contact us if you believe a child sent personal information through support.
