Using the service

PhotoID Studio provides browser-based photo sizing and layout tools plus optional online AI features. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you cannot legally agree on your own, use it with a parent or guardian who can assist.

This independent website is not affiliated with a government, embassy or passport office. Questions can be emailed to v4088697@gmail.com.

Your photos and responsibilities

Use only material you own or have permission to process. You retain rights in your original photos. Obtain necessary permission from people pictured and protect downloaded or shared files.

Do not impersonate someone, falsify identification, submit unlawful content, infringe rights, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or abuse AI endpoints.

Photo requirements and acceptance

Presets, guides, articles and AI replies are informational aids, not certification, legal advice or a guarantee of acceptance. Requirements vary and can change. Verify dimensions, appearance, editing restrictions, paper and upload rules with your issuing authority.

You are responsible for reviewing the final photo. Resizing cannot fix an unsuitable source photo. Rejection alone does not entitle you to reimbursement of application, travel or printing costs from us, subject to rights under applicable law.

AI output

AI services can produce inaccurate or unsuitable results or be unavailable. Do not treat replies as official instructions. Generated portraits are for creative use; do not submit them for identification where artificial or altered images are prohibited. Check the rules before using any output.

Costs and third parties

The core editor and downloads are currently free. External printing services may charge for physical copies; check their prices before ordering.

Printers, advertisers and AI providers have their own terms. We do not control their prices, content or availability. Advertisements are not endorsements. Features may change; any new site charges will be disclosed before payment is requested.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a useful tool but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or a particular result. Save your downloads because browser sessions can be lost. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use or unavailability.

Nothing here excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Mandatory local rights continue to apply.

Our Privacy Policy explains local processing and optional online services. We may revise these terms; the revision date appears above. For concerns, contact the operator with the page address and a description so we can try to resolve them.
